Villa Kismet was lovely and possibly the bedrooms were bigger than they looked in the photo which was a bonus . Everything worked well , the air conditioning was thankfully very efficient and the view from the villa was just as depicted . Excellent.
Club Patara is possibly the best designed and visually pleasing, villa complex we have ever seen , spectacularly hanging on the hill and looking like the hanging gardens of Babylon. Villa Kismet is very near the Patara Prince hotel which was extremely convenient and 3 outdoor and one indoor swimming pool was more than enough choice. It was also extremely relaxing travelling the short distance to Kalkan by boat and Kalkan is a very user-friendly town - we were spoilt for choice of restaurants and the food was always delicious.
We had a superb week , thank you very much , and as we left you 6 spirits glasses there we might be back to have another drink out of them sometime .

We had a fantastic holiday - it was doing 46 degrees the weekend before we left. Patara Prince is a beautiful resort, so relaxing. We took advantage of the Turkish Bath at the hotel which I would highly recommend to anyone else visiting. Steve and I had one a day after we arrived and 2 days before we left and my tan is lasting forever! Kalkan is somewhere I will certainly visit again - in fact I fancy just the 2 of us going back on our own sometime, so may even book your other apartment! The restaurants are superb and everyone is so friendly. There is something for all ages; Andrew and Heather are 18 and 17 and enjoyed the relaxed bars as well as No Name and Moonlight.
Your villa is superb and the air con was a Godsend! The view is to die for and I took lots of pictures, including a superb sunset which is now my wallpaper on my work PC, so that I can dream instead of working.

We all really did have such a fantastic time. Your villa is gorgeous, in a great location and has great facilities around it. The decor is lovely and it really does have everything you need, with lovely finishing touches. The walk to the pool each day did my legs the world of good, and of course served as a good excuse to stop off for a G&T at the Agora bar on the way back!! There was nothing we could fault in the 2 weeks we were there - it was the best holiday I've had in ages (in fact we all said that) and Kalkan is a wonderful resort - so pretty, with lots of gorgeous restaurants. The view from the balcony & the bedroom is just perfect - I sat there for ages boat watching!! And your Jazz Funk CD is fab - we played it over and over and have taken the details so we can buy one here.

We got back safe yesterday evening after a brilliant week in Kalkan. The villa, Patara Prince and Kalkan were all fantastic and provided Mum and I with exactly what we needed - a complete chill. The weather was brilliant too. I didn't want to come back!
The villa is very comfortable and has everything in it that might be needed. The nights we didn't venture into town we spent cooking and pottering about.
We would love to go back to Patara Prince and Villa Kismet and will definitely contact you next year to book up again!

Back to the routine after a splendid holiday thanks to your help and that lovely apartment.
All the arrangements worked well and Black "Adda" Cars were very good. We experienced a little trouble with locking ourselves both in and out of the Villa! But these were mere trifles and did not detract from our stay.
Kalkan was as desricbed by yourself in the website and the previous guests. It is now on our very much preferred holiday destination list. People lovely, places to visit excellent, restaurants, food and service all first class.
Won't go on any longer as you can see we had a really great holiday - thank you.
